Snappywords - Mental Training - Attention Skill
Attention Skill challenges your focus and self-control. At the beginning of each level, you are shown a target number, for example the number 5. Afterwards, numbers appear one by one on the screen.

Your task is to tap whenever a number different from the target appears, but not when the target itself is displayed. If you fail to tap on a different number, you lose. If you tap when the target appears, you also lose.

Each new level presents you with a new target number, and the game includes 21 levels that become progressively more demanding.

5 Tips for Attention Skill

1. Lock in the target

Repeat the target number silently to keep it active in memory.

2. Adopt a “no-go” mindset

Prepare to withhold taps precisely when the target appears.

3. Stay steady

Keep your finger ready but relaxed to avoid impulsive taps.

4. Focus on the rule

Ask yourself: “Different? Tap. Target? Don’t tap.”

5. Build consistency

Short, regular sessions improve selective attention and response control.
